Level One is the recommended place to start for beginners and will equip you with knowledge and understanding of what causes health problems, how to relate those problems to the corresponding body systems, and how to begin supporting the body in detoxifying, regenerating, and healing itself.
It breaks down Dr. Morse's approach to detoxification and regeneration wherein you will learn:
1) what things (foods, chemicals, pollutants, negative mindset and emotions, etc.) are disruptive to good health;
2) how to detoxify the body by supporting your lymphatic system and restoring your main elimination channels (kidneys, bowels and skin) to more optimal functioning;
3) how to use diet, herbs, fasting and other tools to enhance and regenerate organs, glands, and other body systems; and
4) original or what Dr. Morse refers to as True Naturopathy, emphasizing a holistic, natural, and species-specific approach that moves away from the symptom treatment and excessive use of supplements we can observe in health care today.
Dr. Morse's courses are mostly geared towards teaching you how to create effective and individually tailored detoxification protocols, but the knowledge you'll gain can be applied across many alternative health modalities and specialties.
